Update Student Information
Please review your child's information and make sure it is current in FACTS SIS. To do so please click HERE!
- Select Family Login
- Enter district code: XC-OH
- Enter username/password
- Go to the left-hand panel and select school
- Select web forms
- Go to the center of the screen and select family demographics
- Click each child's name and click on each box to make sure information is all current. Make sure to save at the end of each page. Please go to the bus information box even if you are not riding the bus to update district information. The boxes include: demographic, medical, custodial, emergency contact, transportation/authorized pickup, bus, grandparent.
