Legacy's High School builds on the knowledge and spiritual foundation students gain in elementary and middle school. Faculty members teach a college preparatory curriculum while also challenging students to serve others, and consider how God is inviting them to use their talents, time, and resources to serve His kingdom. Extracurricular programs – athletics, drama, and leadership organizations –  further develop what students learn in the academic program. Your child will mature academically, personally, and spiritually, learning to interpret and apply biblical truth in all areas of life. Legacy graduates are equipped to be leaders for Christ in their families, communities, vocations – wherever God calls them after high school.

AT LCA, our students are challenged to work hard and accomplish much. We are able to provide additional assistance for those who need it through our Intervention program. We also are able to provide advanced learning opportunities for those who need the extra challenge, through our Dual Credit program and College Credit Plus (please see Guidance section of this website).

Legacy Christian Academy's high school serves students in grades 9 through 12 and is housed on the 253-acre Athletes in Action campus (formerly the site of Ohio Veterans' Children's Home). LCA is located 1 mile from Route 35 and approximately 20 minutes from Interstate 71 and Interstate 75.

Career Academies

Legacy offers an opportunity for high school students to vector into Career Academies, beginning their junior year, that include coursework in distinct career fields. Coursework includes interacting with local Christian professionals, learning about career paths and requirements, and exploring opportunities to serve the Lord in the career field. Students who complete the required coursework and an internship or job shadow experience are honored at graduation and receive recognition on their transcript.
