Main Office Summer Hours

Summer hours are 9am-Noon Monday-Thursday. The Main Office will be closed on Fridays in the summer, through August 2nd. 

The office will be open 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on August 5th, 6th and 9th, but closed all day on August 7th and 8th for employee inservice.

Normal office hours (8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.) will resume on August 12th.  Thank you for your flexibility as we prepare for the start of school!

Bussing for the 2024-2025 School Year

Volunteering Update

We're accepting and renewing volunteer applications for the 2024-2025 school year.  To ensure the safety of all LCA students, all volunteers go through an annual application process, which includes a background check. The application process costs $6 annually and is paid electronically through the online application.  Current Knights Unite volunteers, be on the lookout for a renewal email notification from Raptor.  

Volunteer opportunities include field trip chaperone, drama production help, athletic ticket sales and concessions, and many others!

FACTS Accounts

Update Student Information: Please review your child's information and make sure it is current in FACTS SIS before the beginning of the 2024-2025 school year.  To do so, please click here. 

• Select Family Login
• Enter district code: XC-OH
• Enter username/password
• Go to the left-hand panel and select school 
• Select web forms
• Go to the center of the screen and select family demographics
• Click each child's name and click on each box to make sure the information is all current. Make sure to save at the end of each page. Please go to the bus information box even if you are not riding the bus to update district information. The boxes include: demographic, medical, custodial, emergency contact, transportation/authorized pickup, bus, grandparent

Parent Alert Update

Beginning April 8th, messages from Parent Alert will have a new short code. Parents, please save the new short code 317065 to your saved contact for Legacy. If you do not save this code to your phone, messages from Parent Alert may display as an unknown sender, or may not come through at all. Additionally, any families that previously opted out of receiving Parent Alert text messages will need to re-opt out by texting STOP.

Financial Aid & EdChoice

All full-time students in grades K-12 are eligible for an EdChoice scholarship. For more information about EdChoice, please click here or contact Erin Blake at eblake@legacyknights.org or 937-352-1388. 

As a reminder, Financial Aid is awarded yearly and must be applied for annually.  Please follow the link here to our website for more information regarding LCA Financial Aid and LEAF scholarships, as well as instructions for applying.

Cafeteria Announcements

MySchoolBucks: When loading money on your student's account for use in the cafeteria, there is a $3.25 processing fee for all online cafeteria credit/debit prepayments. You are welcome to send a check (payable to Legacy Christian Academy) or cash to the school with no processing fee.

National School Lunch Program: LCA is a sponsor of the National School Lunch Program, which enables the availability of the free and reduced lunch program to school families.

To see if your students qualify, you must apply to the Free and Reduced lunch program. For more information, contact our Food Service Director, Mrs. Strickle, by emailing lstrickle@legacyknights.org.
