General Employment Interest

Individuals interested in employment at Legacy Christian Academy are encouraged to submit the Employment Application, even if no posted job opportunity matches their area(s) of interest. Submitted applications will be held for up to one year, and applicants will be contacted if a position opens and the hiring committee requests an interview.

Legacy Christian Academy Summary

Legacy Christian Academy, founded in 1967 as Xenia Christian Day School, is a private, college-preparatory, non-denominational PreK-12 school whose mission is Equipping Leaders for Christ. Students meet admissions standards both academically and spiritually. LCA’s 600 students come from a 5-county area. LCA is located on the historic site of the Ohio Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Orphan’s Home and facilities include four buildings: two academic buildings, a gymnasium, and a 700-seat auditorium. Additionally, LCA utilizes the Wooden Family Fieldhouse and the athletic fields located on the Athletes in Action campus, located within walking distance from the school. LCA is fully committed to maintaining an ethnically/culturally diverse faculty and student body within a biblical community.

Interested candidates should submit a cover letter, LCA Application, personal Christian testimony, resume, philosophy of Christian education, and statement regarding Equipping Leaders for Christ to Cynthia Shaw, cshaw@legacyknights.org.

All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of the application. LCA is unable to sponsor or support employment-based visas at this time.
