The student parking application is to be completed via this Google Form. These applications on a scheduled timeline (each submitted form is timestamped) based on the prioritization list found in the policy and procedure. The timeline for each class is as follows…

Sophomores (as available): August 4 – August 11
Part-Time Students: July 10 – August 11 (PT Students will park on Wesley, not in the lot)
Once applications along with payment have been submitted, a space will be assigned. Unfortunately, when all spaces have been permitted no more applications will be accepted. Parking permits will be available for pickup upon delivery, or at Knights Night - Party on the Lawn on Monday, August 10.
2026-2027 Integrity Class Shirts
All Legacy students (K-12) receive a class t-shirt for their grade level. These shirts may be worn on Fridays, for class field trips, and for other class events. Before July 26 (deadline!), please select the grade level and correctly sized shirt for your child(ren) in this online student store HERE. Be sure to checkout after selecting your shirt(s). You will add your name to your order in checkout, but there will not be a cost. Class shirts will be shipped to the school and distributed there.
Every year we receive requests from parents and grandparents who want to purchase additional shirts for themselves! So, we have partnered with Trophy Sports to provide this opportunity. At this link HERE (a different online store than above), you may purchase additional shirts, and they can be picked up at Trophy Sports Center here in Xenia or shipped to the address you provide.
FinalForms - Sign your Back-to-School Forms
Back-to-school forms must be completed annually for every enrolled student in grades Kindergarten through 12. Legacy uses FinalForms to support this process. Please complete your back-to-school forms HERE before August 12, 2026. HERE is a step-by-step document with detailed instructions.
For returning families, most forms should pre-populate with data based on last year's forms. New families will need to make a new Parent account and complete the process for each child enrolled. Additionally, students in grades 6-12 will need to use their Student account to sign some forms themselves.
FALL SPORTS REMINDER: Legacy uses FinalForms for athletic forms as well as back-to-school forms and some mid-year permission slips. FinalForms must be complete, including a current sports physical, before any student athlete may participate in a fall athletic tryout, practice or contest.

Legacy Knights Numismatic Society
LKNS is looking for a Club Coordinator! After 10 fantastic years of numismatics at LCA and befriending many amazing students, families, and volunteers, Mr. Norris has decided it's time to pass along the LKNS Coordinator role so he can pursue other projects. For those unfamiliar, LKNS is an after-school club for LCA students in 3rd-5th grade who enjoy the study and collection of coins, currency, tokens, medals, and related items in support of their educational and social development. A new Coordinator wouldn’t have to be some "super expert" at numismatics, and would have access to a ready-made curriculum of activities and resources and a supportive numismatic community. All that is really required is a love for LCA’s students, a desire to support the school's mission, a healthy dose of enthusiasm, and at least a moderate interest in coins and currency. We will need to identify a new Coordinator before we can accept new members or host meetings at the school. The Coordinator role requires an LCA volunteer background check. Please contact the LCA Volunteer Coordinator's office to express your interest in this opportunity or email numismatics@legacyknights.org with questions about the role or club.
"It's truly been a tremendous blessing to be able to instruct your students and serve families through LKNS at LCA for the past ten years. Many thanks to the many volunteers, club partners, and school personnel for supporting us. God bless you all!" -- Mr. Dave Norris
Middle School Robotics Coach/ Sponsor
We are looking for a person interested in being a middle school robotics coach/sponsor. If you are interested in this possibility (or recommend someone!), please contact Mr. Guenther for more details (director.academics@legacyknights.org). This is typically a twice a week commitment, but there is flexibility in how we approach offering this program.
