Reading Round-Up — LCA Book Fair
The Reading Round-Up Book Fair is coming to the LCA Library from September 28th — October 2nd.
Book Fair Hours
- Monday–Wednesday: 8am-4pm (School Days)
- Thursday, 8am-5pm and Friday, noon–7:30pm (Parent/ Teacher Conversations)

Dabble Day & Exploration Expo
Our Rising Knights will be participating in our very first Dabble Day & Exploration Expo! Students will be investigating, experimenting, and participating in STEM activities designed to encourage learning through play!
DATE: Friday, October 9th
LOCATION: LCA Field behind the Lincoln Building
WHO: LCA Rising Knights (K-5) — Parents, grandparents, and friends are welcome and encouraged to join us!

Middle School Cookout
Don't miss out on the upcoming Middle School Cookout!
When: October 10 from 4:00-7:30pm
Where: The field behind Lincoln
Who: All Middle School students and their families
We will provide the main course for the meal, but please use this sign-up genius to indicate what you can bring for sides and desserts along with any activities you might be able to lend for the evening. There will be a fire pit, so feel free to bring ingredients for s'mores! Please also bring your own camping chairs for seating.
Come and enjoy an evening of food, fun, and fellowship planned by our own Middle School Senate Members! We look forward to seeing you!
Day of Prayer and Service
This year's Day of Prayer and Service will be structured differently than in past years. Students will choose from a list of service projects and report directly to their project sites (working hours may go towards semester service hours), as school will start and end at those locations. Please note that transportation will not be provided.

Fall Play — ‘The Hobbit’
Legacy Christian Academy is proud to present The Hobbit, Patricia Gray’s stage adaptation of J.R.R. Tolkien’s beloved tale, November 12-14. Follow Bilbo Baggins as he leaves the comfort of home and embarks on an unexpected adventure filled with danger, humor, friendship, courage, and dragons!
Tolkien’s story reminds us that courage can be found in unexpected places and that even the smallest among us can have a great purpose. Come journey with Bilbo as he discovers that stepping out in faith and facing the unknown can lead to something extraordinary.
EVENING PERFORMANCES: November 12th & 13th at 7:00pm in the LCA Auditorium (doors open at 6:30pm).
SATURDAY MATINÉE: November 14th at 2:00pm in the LCA Auditorium (doors are 1:30pm).

Open Your Heart & Home: Host an International Student
We are looking for TWO families to host an international student.
We currently have two students from Cambodia—one 9th grade boy and one 9th grade girl—who are eager to study at LCA and experience life in our community. Hosting an international student is a deeply rewarding opportunity to share Christian hospitality, impact a young life through an LCA education, and build lasting global relationships.
