Our School

Legacy Christian Academy was founded in 1967 as Xenia Christian Day School, and graduated its first class in 1983. In 1993, the school became part of the Dayton Christian School System and the name was changed to Xenia Christian School. In 1999, Xenia Christian School moved to its current location on the site of the former Ohio Soldiers' and Sailors' Orphanage. The property is shared with various ministries, including Athletes in Action, Heart to Honduras, International School Project, National Church Residences and others.

Legacy Christian Academy is an independent Christian school focused on serving the educational needs of our local communities.

Legacy Christian Academy is chartered by the State of Ohio and accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) as well as North Central Association (AdvancED).
